It was a perfect hotel, I would definitely return here. Superb service, although a few employees were very unprofessional.

The location was great, close to the city center and Paseo de la Reforma. The room had modern decor and a spacious bathroom, perfect for relaxing.

Greatly enjoyed it. We had a really really nice stay at this ideal and modern hotel. It had central location close to Museo del Chocolate. All the employees were superbly friendly. Gorgeous breakfast options, the food was delicious.

The room was huge and had a mini-fridge-bar, microwave, and a coffee machine. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was a variety of awesome breakfast items to choose from. The location is stunning and close to an art museum. The pool area is great too.

Conveniently located near many local attractions, restaurants, and the upscale Polanco area, offering luxurious rooms with spacious bathrooms and incredibly comfortable beds.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to many sights and attractions. I even managed to visit the Frida Kahlo museum, which is usually sold out, thanks to the hotel's prime location. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from the restaurant. my experience at this hotel was exceptional.

I did notice that the parking was not directly at the hotel.

Take with bottles of water in the room.Some are free, another no.And is not clear,you will see with bill.And for all hotel in Mexico:: book with mexican currency(pesos).The bill will come in pesos, and if you book in another currecy, as us dolars, the hotel will make the rate as they want.

The suite was lovely, all you could need and more! view wasnt great but who cares when you've got not one but two plasma tv's to watch! Swimming pool was good but small and the gym was practically empty when we used it.

Magnificent central location near Paseo de la Reforma and the center of all activity. The room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The breakfast was lovely and rich. Check-in was easy. Spent 4 great days here and would love to go back.

The rooms here are beautiful and peaceful, each equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; it's conveniently located near a cultural center and within walking distance of a market and shops.

The rooms at this hotel were incredibly spacious and had their own lounge and kitchen facilities, which was a fantastic bonus. The on-site restaurant, La Gloriosa, was a standout with its Mexican cantina theme and delicious tacos. The staff at this hotel really went above and beyond, providing excellent service from the bell boys to the front desk staff. It was also great to be able to accumulate points on the Marriott Bonvoy program.

Our stay was marred by a few issues. there was a mix-up with our reservation and we were initially given a room with two beds instead of a king-sized bed.

We had a huge bedroom and the bed were very comfortable. The pool was fine and there is a very good sports roo

Mexicana Airline was suspended on 28th Aug befor our departure from Mexico to Cancun. but Hotel staff didn't tell us regarding this affaire..It is so sad thing.
